Randomly, my husband Paul, suggested “How would you like to do Europe, for a year, writing children’s novels?” It’s something I’ve always wanted to do. I didn’t have to give it a second thought. So, in March 2025 we embark on a 12-month adventure through Europe, spending a month in each country, writing children’s chapter books. Our journey will be mirrored by the fictional characters I write about.

My writing philosophy
I am happy when I can craft fictional stories around realistic characters and situations, With my children’s books, I want my characters to be curious, kind and wise.
